Hi, I’m Cooper, a student with food allergies. After experiencing multiple allergic reactions at restaurants—even when I thought I was being careful—I realized how much work still needs to be done to make dining safer for everyone. I created the Safe Plate Alliance to help both diners and restaurants work together for better allergy awareness.
